Are these shoes authentic?
All of our shoes are 100% authentic directly from the company themselves. The reason we started this company, is because we are sneaker heads ourselves, and we wouldn't dare sell fake products.
Does the shoes come with the original packaging?
All shoe orders will be shipped with everything original that came with the from the company. Which means original boxes, laces, key chains etc. so if it came with the shoe, you will be getting it also
What are the accepted methods of payment?
  • Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Paypal
  • Cash (Local Pickups)
What happens if an item says out of stock?
Once you add an item to your cart, it is reserved for a brief period of time to allow you to complete your order. SobeSoles.com will display an out-of-stock message if:
  • The size you selected sells out as you add the item to your cart.
  • You don't complete the order during the brief reserve period.
In the unlikely event we determine the item is sold out after you place your order, we will send an email to you explaining that the item is sold out. Other items in your order will ship. If you are unable to find a specific product, or a specific style/size, check back often as items may be restocked at any time. Am i able to purchase products in person?
SobeSoles.com is an upscale online sneaker boutique meaning that most of our business is conducted online. However if you are located in the South Florida area we would make the products available to purchase locally.
How do I redeem my coupon code?
After you place your items in the shopping cart, and before checking out there will be a box in the upper right hand corner that say "have a coupon". Enter your coupon code in that box, and select "apply" to redeem the coupon code.
 

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, unless it is a mistake made on our end. Customer satisfaction is highly valued to us. If you have further questions please contact us.
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
All orders are proccessed within 24-48 hours after they are placed. After being processed, they will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders to the United States arrive in 2-3 business days, and International orders arrive in 6-10 business  days depending on customs processing.
What are your methods of shipping
Unless specified, all orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery and signature confirmation. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Express Mail is also available to our cutomers if needed.
When will i receive my tracking number?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail to you within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will be able to track your packages on sobesoles.com/2017 in the upper right hand corner where it says "Track your order". You also can track your package at usps.com by entering your tracking number.
